About the Role Teamvoy is looking for a part-time Email/CRM Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our email execution: technical setup, segmentation, delivery, analytics, and optimisation. You will work closely with our marketing team, converting approved content into reliable, high-performing email campaigns. This role is fully focused on execution, precision, deliverability, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities * Launch and manage email campaigns in HubSpot from setup to delivery. * Configure domains, DNS records, and deliverability settings for clean sending. * Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and behavioural triggers. * Build automated workflows, drip sequences, and nurture flows. * Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear weekly reports. * Run A/B tests for subject lines, templates, and sending times. * Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and opt-in requirements. * Coordinate with marketing and sales to align campaign goals. * Transform approved content into structured, well-executed email campaigns. * Track sender reputation and prevent spam/blacklist issues.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM communications. * Experience working in B2B or tech-focused companies. * Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar tools: Mailchimp, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign). * Understanding of deliverability best practices and technical configuration. * Experience with automation workflows and segmentation logic. * Ability to structure campaigns independently from content drafts. * Basic knowledge of HTML email templates is a plus. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * English level Intermediate+ (B1+); Ukrainian: Native.
Nice to Have * Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance specifics. * Understanding of ICP/ABM segmentation models. * Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools. * Ability to propose campaign concepts (optional).
