You’ll own tech hiring end-to-end and help us raise the bar on how the whole recruitment function operates.
What you’ll own * Full-cycle tech recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing * Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring technical roles * Rapid candidate research for presale requests (availability checks, market mapping) * Introducing and documenting AI-assisted sourcing workflows for the team
Must have * 4+ years in tech recruitment (IT outsourcing or product — both welcome) * Confident with AI sourcing tools: and we mean actual pipeline automation, not just ChatGPT for outreach copy. Think Boolean generation, profile scoring, enrichment, or workflow automation * Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills — knows how to build searches, not just browse * Can handle 3–4 active tech vacancies simultaneously without dropping quality * Self-directed — doesn’t need daily check-ins to move forward * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written communication with candidates) * Communicate with candidates and teams across different time zones: occasional schedule adjustments may be required to coordinate with the US/LATAM market.
