Ciklum is looking for a Research Analyst Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Research Analyst Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on a project focused on delivering high-quality, structured product information for global e-commerce platforms. The project supports a digital commerce ecosystem by ensuring accurate, compliant, and well-structured product descriptions that improve visibility and drive successful online sales across major retail channels.
Responsibilities: * Internet research, data analysis, and entry of PC, network hardware, and software specifications into internal databases in English * Researching, gathering, organizing, editing, and writing information for web publication * Fact-checking data and ensuring accuracy * Ensuring content meets tone of voice and character count guidelines * Making corrections and suggesting content edits * Performing other related tasks as needed
Requirements: * Knowledge of and interest in consumer electronics, either professional or personal/li> * Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken/li> * Strong attention to detail with analytical and multitasking skills/li> * Basic computer hardware knowledge and willingness to learn internal systems/li> * Ability to search for and analyze large volumes of technical information online/li> * Ability to work independently and as part of a team/li> * Broad interest in the IT domain
