About the role
This is a junior-level position for someone at the beginning of their legal career who wants to build solid in-house experience in a structured, international environment.
In this role, you will support the Legal team with administrative and operational legal work, while also helping the HR function with employment-related documentation and day-to-day legal support. You will work closely with senior lawyers, receive mentorship, and gradually take on more ownership as your confidence and experience grow.
This role is a strong fit for someone who genuinely enjoys detail-oriented work, takes pride in well-structured documents, and wants to develop through real hands-on practice rather than purely theoretical legal work.

Will be a plus
— Exposure to labour / employment law — Experience in a tech, product, or international business environment — Volunteer work or civic engagement
What we offer
— A junior role with real growth potential inside an international legal team — Mentorship from senior lawyers and gradual increase in ownership — Broad exposure to employment-related legal matters across jurisdictions — Full-time remote-first / hybrid work format — A collaborative environment where legal is treated as a business enabler, not a blocker — Working hours aligned with European business hours, with at least a 2-hour overlap with the core team window
