About the Project:
A technology company that provides cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, typically focused on helping businesses build, run, and scale applications in the cloud.
Responsibilities * Supporting Customers with product-specific issues over the zoom/email/ticketing system. * Preparation, planning, and consulting with the Customers in regard to the deployment of the product. * Installation of the product in cooperation with the Customers. * Customer training in regard to the proper deployment/configuration, and usage of the product. * Consulting with the Customers in terms of potential issues in the Customer environment, that could impact the proper functionality of the product. * Preventive maintenance of the product to ensure optimal functionality, and efficiency.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience working with Windows * 3+ years of experience in network infrastructures * 3+ years of experience with Linux * Experience with VMware * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
