Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in lead generation & marketing automation, including high-volume outreach
* Hands-on experience with AI agents (already managing them or actively using them as assistants)
* Strong understanding of ABM, ICP, buying groups, intent signals, etc.
* Experience with CRM systems, automation platforms, enrichment tools, and routing/scoring logic
* Interest and willingness to grow in AI automation, workflow design, and data-driven processes
* Background in B2B, SaaS, IT services, system integration, or enterprise sales environments
