Responsible for leading all technical integrations between the company’s platform and external PSPs, banking solutions, wallets, and financial providers. Ensures the stability, scalability, and efficiency of payment flows from a technical standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end PSP integration projects (APIs, callbacks, webhooks, routing). ● Coordinate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure seamless deployment. ● Maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and interface specifications. ● Monitor system performance, resolve integration issues, and optimize transaction flows. ● Evaluate new provider technologies and recommend technical improvements.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in technical PSP / payment provider integrations (FinTech, iGaming, Payments, EMI or similar domains) ● Strong understanding of payment flows: authorization, capture, settlement, callbacks, reconciliation ● Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST), webhooks, callbacks, and data mapping ● Knowledge of acquirer logic, routing strategies, cascading, and failover mechanisms ● Ability to independently troubleshoot integration issues and work with logs, errors, and provider responses ● English level sufficient for technical communication with international providers ● Structured and analytical mindset ● Proactive approach to improving payment reliability and performance.
