We are launching a new consulting offering and are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to become one of the key contributors in building this direction.
This is not a typical role on an existing project. It’s an opportunity to:
— design and build Power Platform solutions from scratch — work directly with clients and participate in technical discussions — combine solution design and hands-on development — work on integrations across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, external APIs, legacy systems) — work in an Azure-based environment — contribute to pre-sales and early-stage solution shaping
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
— Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English — required for client communication — 3+ years of commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform — Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps) Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, workflow automation) Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security roles) — Experience building integrations (REST API / HTTP / JSON) — Experience working with Azure-based environments — Strong consulting and communication skills
Nice to have
— Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power BI — JavaScript customization (including PCF controls) — Experience with custom connectors or plugins — Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Responsibilities
— Design and build Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Power Automate) — Develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes — Work with Dataverse for data modeling and business logic implementation — Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, external APIs, and legacy systems — Participate in technical discussions with clients — Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different domains — Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions
