Remote 2+ years in iGaming content, casino operations, or game management Gravira Group is looking for a Game Operations & Content Manager to own and optimize our casino lobby, game catalog, and on-site casino content across Tier-1 markets. This is a hybrid role combining game management and hands-on content operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven specialist who can improve lobby performance, maintain a competitive game catalog, coordinate provider-related opportunities through the platform, and keep all casino content accurate, timely, and commercially effective.
Responsibilities * Own and optimize the casino lobby structure, game catalog, categories, tags, and visibility logic * Manage game placement and prioritization based on player demand, engagement, and profitability * Regularly update categories, featured games, provider visibility, and lobby priorities * Ensure our casino offering remains competitive and complete versus key competitors and market benchmarks * Monitor new releases, provider trends, and competitor catalogs to identify gaps and opportunities * Work with the platform on: * new provider additions * missing games * catalog expansions * game visibility improvements * lobby and back-office fixes * Control and support launches of new providers, games, categories, and catalog updates * Track provider-side promo and tournament opportunities and communicate them to the CRM team in advance for campaign preparation * Analyze game performance reports to identify: * top-performing games * underperforming titles * content gaps * suspicious or margin-negative patterns * Escalate risky cases, suspicious behavior, or fraud-related patterns to the anti-fraud / payments team * Recommend disabling, deprioritizing, or restricting problematic games where justified by data * Manage back-office content, including: * banners * promo blocks * slider content * categories * game collections * translations * terms & conditions * other product text content * Ensure front-facing casino content is accurate, localized, up to date, and aligned with current promotions * Upload and maintain content through internal back-office tools and HTML editors * Coordinate with Product, CRM, VIP, Marketing, Design, Platform, and Anti-Fraud teams * Support improvements in lobby UX, discoverability, and category logic across desktop and mobile
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in iGaming in content management, casino operations, game management, or lobby management * Strong understanding of casino catalogs, providers, categories, tags, sorting logic, and player behavior * Hands-on experience with casino lobbies, provider launches, game showcases, and on-site content * Strong commercial mindset: ability to balance engagement and profitability * Experience analyzing game performance data and using reports to improve catalog quality and lobby structure * Understanding of key metrics such as game popularity, turnover, GGR/NGR, provider performance, and player engagement by category * Experience working with platforms/aggregators/provider-related operations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content and catalog management * Experience with product back-office tools or CMS * Basic HTML / markup understanding for working with editors and making small content adjustments * Ability to manage translations, banners, promos, and other product content * Strong competitor awareness and ability to benchmark catalog coverage and lobby quality * Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach * Strong cross-functional communication skills * English — B1+

What success looks like in this role In the first months, this person should be able to: * bring structure and ownership to casino lobby and content management * improve catalog quality, completeness, and commercial relevance * keep categories, banners, and promo materials consistently updated * identify catalog gaps and push the platform to improve provider and game coverage * improve lobby prioritization based on both demand and profitability * build a reliable process for tracking provider opportunities and communicating them internally on time * spot suspicious patterns in game reports and escalate risk cases when needed
