We are looking for a Data Architect to join one of the world’s largest professional services networks, providing audit, consulting, and advisory services to the vast majority of the Fortune 500. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance data ecosystems that shape the operations of global corporations and financial institutions. If you have a passion for complex data structures, cloud innovation, and strategic technical leadership, you will be instrumental in steering the digital evolution of our global partners. Your qualifications: * Professional experience specifically in Data Architecture or Lead roles within large-scale environments. * Proven track record with the Azure Data Stack, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2. Microsoft or Databricks certifications are a significant advantage. * Strong proficiency in technical implementation, specifically with Python/PySpark, SQL, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep). * Expertise in modern data architectures, such as Medallion Architecture, Unity Catalog, Star Schema, and Data Vault 2.0. * Outstanding communication skills with English proficiency at a C1 (Advanced) level, enabling you to navigate complex discussions with C-level stakeholders. * A meticulous approach to procedures, a proactive communication style, and the ability to work 9-6 CET. * Location requirement: EU, Balkans, or CIS region.
Your tasks: * Architect and build robust, scalable data platforms using Azure and Databricks, ensuring they meet the high-performance needs of global financial and industrial leaders. * Act as a strategic bridge between complex business requirements and technical implementation, translating vision into functional data solutions. * Design and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and sophisticated data models, ensuring top-tier data governance, security, and integrity. * Manage the integration of core Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Unity Catalog. * Lead the development of data ecosystems from initial design to final deployment, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific demands. * Ensure high-impact scale by continuously optimizing data flows and infrastructure to support the operations of Fortune 500 companies.
