You’re a Great Fit if You Have — 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies) — A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets — Outstanding sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere — Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities — A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them — Advanced English Why Solidgate?
