We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our internal team and work closely on both company initiatives and client projects.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and engineering, helping to shape product vision, drive discovery phases, and ensure clear and structured requirements across different projects.
This is a highly collaborative and client-facing position with real impact on product and delivery.

Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Participate in internal initiatives and client projects
* Conduct discovery phases (workshops, stakeholder interviews)
* Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
* Create and maintain documentation (BRD, SRS, PRD)
* Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
* Manage changes in requirements and support prioritization
* Participate in sprint planning with PM/PO
* Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
* Experience with web / mobile / SaaS products
* Strong understanding of SDLC
* Hands-on experience with requirements documentation (user stories, use cases, UML/BPMN)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
* English — Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have
* Experience with AI/ML or data-driven products
* Technical background or understanding of system architecture
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
* Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing companies
* Prioritization techniques
