It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.
Your future team of professionals
You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product. Our team includes a Head of Support, 3 Technical Support Engineers, and 2 Customer Support Engineers, each playing a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering success.
Impact you will make * Finding and resolving user issues regarding product functionality. * Reproduction of problems described by the user using different databases, as well as different applications. * Providing complete and structured instructions for issue-resolving. * Recreating user scenarios to find the best solution. * Checking the provided solutions for correctness. * Researching third-party applications and tools. * Communicating with Customer Support Engineers (Tier 1) to help resolve customer issues. * Interacting with the development team and QA.
Skills we are looking for * 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role. * Solid understanding of technical support principles and customer-centric communication. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.). * Intermediate level of English (written and spoken) for effective user communication and documentation. * Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), ETL processes, and cloud applications. * Experience in creating clear and structured bug reports. * Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
