At ArboStar, we foster a dynamic and supportive work environment where creativity, collaboration, and dedication to excellence are valued. As our first dedicated Data Analyst, you will have full ownership of data processes and play a key role in shaping how data drives decisions across the company.
Responsibilities * Collect and analyze data across internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation) to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks; * Design and develop metrics and dashboards, building clear and user-friendly analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making; * Implement and manage BI/ETL solutions: design data architecture, ensure proper data storage, processing, and integration, and maintain data quality and consistency; * Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and help teams become faster, more transparent, and more efficient through data insights; * Take full ownership of analytics direction as an individual contributor, establishing best practices and data standards across the company.
Requirements * 2 years of experience in Data Analysis; * Strong business mindset: ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes; * Professional values: ownership, discipline, structured thinking, and initiative; * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure information and communicate insights effectively; * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment; * Hands-on experience with: Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SQL, Power BI; Willingness and ability to work independently as the sole Data Analyst in the company. * Experience with Claude platforms
Nice to have: * Experience with Airflow, Python, Zapier, Notion, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. * Experience with Marketing reports
