Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote since day one, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and Ecommerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.
We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can effectively engage and build relationships with potential clients, is eager to grow into a sales role, and is ready to contribute to business development.
Location: We currently consider Ukrainian specialists based abroad
Requirements: — 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls — Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach — Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building outreach databases — Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools: ability to extract and analyze data, prepare reports, track metrics, and evaluate campaign performance — Experience in strategy development, running experiments, analyzing results, and implementing the most effective approaches — Background in both actively seeking direct clients and organizing successful roadshows; — Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities: — Build and maintain outreach databases on LinkedIn — Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (manual and automated: Sales Navigator, Linked Helper 2) — Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients — Maintain reports in Google Sheets — Create and update marketing materials — Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) — Participate in client calls together with the sales team
