Role Overview
We are looking for a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist who will design, build, and operate outbound growth systems that consistently generate qualified sales opportunities. This is a technical go-to-market role combining outbound strategy, automation, data research, and experimentation. You will work closely with sales and leadership to create scalable lead generation pipelines.
Responsibilities * Build andoptimizeoutbound lead generation systems (LinkedIn, email, data-driven outreach) * Research target accounts and define ICP segments across priority industries * Design and execute outbound campaigns and messaging experiments * Set up and manage automation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn automation, CRM workflows, sequencing tools) * Create andmaintainprospect databases and enrichment pipelines * Collaborate with sales to improve targeting, qualification, and messaging * Track funnel metrics and continuouslyoptimizeconversion rates * Support event-based and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives * Document playbooks and scalable outbound processes
Requirements * 3+years experiencein lead generation, growth, GTM, or outbound operations in B2B tech * Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels and ICP definition * Experience with sales automation and data tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) * Analytical mindset and ability to run experiments and interpret results * Strong written English for outbound messaging * Ability to work independently and iterate quickly * Structured and systems-oriented thinking
Nice to Have * Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or engineering consulting * Understanding of software development or technical domains (AI, Embedded, SaaS) * Experience building outbound infrastructure from scratch * Familiarity with scraping, enrichment APIs, or automation workflows
