We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Delivery team for Cloud solutions across the EMEA and CEE regions. The ideal candidate must consistently deliver complex projects with measurable business impact and not just manage tasks. We are seeking a top-performing professional who can contribute to sales and pre-sales initiatives while driving structured discovery, well-defined scoping, and effective cross-functional coordination between Sales, Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Customer teams.
Requirements * At least B2 level in English and fluency in Ukrainian * Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience. * Experience with pre-sales and sales lifecycle is must. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities; * Help define project scope, milestones, assumptions, and dependencies * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members without direct authority and drive accountability * Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects with a minimum $200,000 budget.
Responsibilities * Drive execution across all Project phases: discovery, planning, delivery, testing, and rollout. * Own and lead pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities before project initiation. * Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum * Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across projects * Ensure delivered solutions achieve intended business outcomes and client value * Translate business needs into clear, technically sound requirements; * Make informed decisions (including technical ones) based on team input and project constraints;
Would be a plus * SCRUM/Kanban certification. * Experience with other project management methodologies, CRM platforms, and supporting tools used to manage pre-sales and delivery workflows. * Familiarity with cloud platforms or ecosystems (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, Atlassian, Asana, Zendesk and others)
