LITSLINK is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and work on diverse client projects across different domains.
This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills. You will actively participate in pre-sale activities, communicate directly with clients, and design scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs. About the Role * Work with international clients on AI/ML-driven projects * Participate in pre-sales: analyze requirements, propose solutions, join client calls * Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions * Collaborate closely with clients, sales team, and engineering team * Take ownership of technical decisions and solution architecture
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in AI/ML * Strong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) * Hands-on experience with NLP / LLM or Computer Vision * Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, or self-hosted models) * Solid understanding of ML lifecycle (data → training → evaluation → deployment) * Experience deploying models (Docker, APIs, cloud — AWS / Azure / GCP) * Strong knowledge of core ML algorithms (regression, classification, boosting, etc.)
Important for This Role * Experience participating in pre-sales or technical discussions with clients * Ability to break down business problems and propose effective solutions * Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms * Experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing environment is a plus
Nice to Have * Experience with RAG and vector databases * Experience with self-hosted LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) * Experience optimizing inference (latency / cost) * MLOps experience (CI/CD, monitoring, pipelines) * Experience working with large-scale data
