We need a recruiter to bring the best developers to the community to cover the client’s needs. What you’ll be doing * Own the full cycle: You’ll guide software developers from the first “hello” all the way to a smooth onboarding on our platform. * Work smarter with AI: You’ll use AI agents and modern sourcing tools to cut out the grunt work, focusing on high-quality candidates rather than manual tasks. * Interview for real depth: You’ll lead competency-based interviews focused on motivation, communication, and technical mindset, while refining our established evaluation processes. * Be the bridge to clients: You’ll occasionally communicate with hiring stakeholders to clarify expectations and improve alignment (typically collaborating with our Matching, Sales, and CDX teams). * Think big picture: You’ll contribute to maintaining and nurturing our existing talent pipelines (thousands of candidates) across core tech stacks like JS/TS, Python, Node.js, and React. * Experiment and improve: You’ll participate in testing and quality-controlling new AI-driven workflows and recruitment tools. * Keep it data-driven: You’ll use recruitment analytics to sharpen our funnel and improve the candidate experience.
How the role will evolve
As we continue to automate the sourcing and screening stages, your focus will shift toward: * Workflow Optimization: Fine-tuning AI-driven recruiting stages and tools. * Data-Informed Hiring: Leveraging tools like Predictive Hire to make deeper, more accurate candidate evaluations. * Strategic Ownership: Taking the lead on complex, high-priority, or niche searches. * High-Touch Service: Gradually providing a “white-glove” experience for Tier 1 clients as our core automation matures.
What we’re looking for * The Experience: 2+ years in IT recruitment (agency, product, or marketplace). You know how the industry breathes. * Advanced English: You’re comfortable communicating clearly, both in writing and on calls. * Customer-facing skills: You have experience talking to hiring managers or clients and aren’t afraid to ask tough questions to get a clear brief. * Tech Savvy: You’re a pro with LinkedIn, GitHub, and ATS systems, and you’re genuinely curious about AI tools. * Flexibility: You’re okay with occasional evening interviews (up to 8 PM Kyiv time) to meet candidates or clients in different time zones. * The Mindset: You’re naturally proactive. You like to dig into why a candidate is a good fit rather than just ticking boxes.
