We are looking for a Sales Manager focused on tenders to join DeviQA, a software testing and QA company.
This role is fully dedicated to identifying, managing, and winning tender opportunities (RFPs / RFQs), primarily in the QA and software development space.
Key Responsibilities: * Search for and identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities; * Manage the full tender lifecycle: from qualification to submission * Prepare high-quality RFP / RFQ responses; * Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, QA, tech) to build competitive proposals; * Develop strategies to increase win rate in tenders; * Maintain pipeline and documentation for all tender activities.
Requirements: * 2–3 years of experience in tender management, sales, or business development; * Proven experience winning tenders (mandatory); * Strong hands-on experience with RFP / RFQ processes; * Understanding of where and how to find tenders; * Experience in QA / software testing is a strong plus; * Alternatively, solid experience in IT services / software development sales; * Strong communication and proposal-writing skills; * Ability to work independently and own the tender direction.
Nice to Have: * Experience with international tenders (US / EU markets); * Familiarity with outsourcing / outstaffing models.
