We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who enjoys helping customers solve problems and improving their day-to-day operations. Responsibilities * Provide support via email, chat, and phone * Troubleshoot POS, eCommerce, and back-office issues * Assist customers with setup, configuration, and usage questions * Document customer interactions and resolutions * Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements * Escalate technical issues to engineering when needed * Help customers get the most value from the Franpos platform
Requirements * 2+ years experience in customer support or help desk role * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working with software applications * Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to manage multiple customer requests * Experience with POS, or retail is preferred
