For our global unit we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst who turns raw data into clear insights and helps drive real business decisions. If you enjoy working with large datasets, spotting patterns, and explaining them in plain language — we’d love to meet you.
About the role You’ll join a fast-moving team working on a mainstream product with global reach across the US and EU. Analytics here isn’t about churning out reports — it’s about shaping strategy, influencing product decisions, and making an impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing — Collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Ad networks using SQL. — Building and maintaining dashboards in Triple Whale so the team always has real-time visibility into sales. — Calculating and tracking key business metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, Retention Rate, and ROAS. — Helping the marketing and product teams investigate data anomalies.
What we’re looking for — 6 months to 1 year of commercial experience in a data or analytics role. — Solid SQL skills. — Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel. — Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI. — Understanding of core business metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, CR, Retention Rate etc.)
Key qualities — Sharp attention to detail and a nose for anomalies. — Ability to explain complex numbers in simple, business-friendly terms. — Business sense — you understand that behind every metric there are real products and real money.
