About the project: This is a Prospecting and Social Selling System that equips sales staff with the digital tools they need to build a business within a dealership. It’s an all-inclusive platform that provides each salesperson with a personal website, a personal mobile app, video messaging, a digital business card, social content, a T.O. system, a referral system, a built-in competition system, and is flexible enough to be customized for each salesperson.
It’s 100% dealership-controlled, permission-based, TCPA compliant, and addresses many of the ongoing dealership concerns and problems compared to other solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs, including personal websites, mobile app views, video messaging interfaces, digital business cards, social content calendars, T.O. systems, referral dashboards, and competition leaderboards. * Design intuitive dealership admin interfaces for user management, permission controls, content approval workflows, and platform customization options. * Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, optimizing for PWA and mobile app experiences. * Proactively propose UI/UX improvements for the platform backlog, identifying opportunities to modernize legacy screens and enhance salesperson productivity. * Translate Product Owner requirements into visual designs, creating clear design documentation and specifications. * Conduct usability reviews of existing features, suggesting enhancements for user flows, permission management, and personalization options. * Work closely with the tech team to provide design system guidance during development. * Help refine user stories and validate design decisions against business requirements. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, demos). * Maintain and evolve the existing design system, ensuring visual consistency. * Create reusable UI components, icons, and design assets. * Support the QA team with visual regression testing and define acceptance criteria for UI implementation.
Requirements: * 4–5+ years of UI/UX design experience with web/mobile SaaS products * Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred) * Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, motion design * Responsive design expertise (desktop → mobile/PWA) * Experience with design systems and component libraries * Product & Domain Experience * Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms with role-based interfaces (e.g., salesperson vs. dealership admin) * Familiarity with compliance-driven UIs (e.g., TCPA permission flows, consent management) * Experience designing dashboards for business users (analytics, leaderboards, content management) * Understanding of personalization and customization interface patterns and usability testing skills * Communication & Collaboration * Upper-intermediate (B2+) English — client-facing role * Proactive collaboration with a US-based Product Owner (backlog discussions, brainstorming sessions) * Ability to independently translate business requirements into visual solutions * Experience working with distributed teams (developers, QA, PM, part-time BA) * Agile & Team Experience * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Sprint-based design delivery (typically 2-week cycles) * Experience with developer handoff (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode) * Support of visual QA and defining acceptance criteria
