Responsibilities: * Work on subscription/ads/in-app LTV prediction services * Ensure efficiency, reliability, explainability and observability in ML pipelines * Build and maintain ETL workflows, querying large tables * Detect anomalies, data drifts, prediction shifts; partner with User Acquisition managers on investigations * Collaborate with data engineers on data quality issues detection * Participate in generative AI projects
Requirements: * Hands-on with Machine Learning modelling, good understanding of ML fundamentals * Proficiency in Python software engineering (parallel/asynchronous computing, unit-testing, CI/CD, etc.) * Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design * Advanced SQL, comfort working with large datasets * Experience with ETL workflows and scheduling pipelines (e.g. Airflow)
Would be a plus: * Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualisation * Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks platform * Experience building REST APIs and working with real-time streaming data * Recommendation systems, NLP/LLMs or other generative AI experience * Subscription-based product data familiarity
