We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support outbound lead generation and partnership development.
This role includes both execution and contribution to ideas. You will be involved in campaign creation, message sequences, and ICP development.
This is not a purely execution role. We are looking for someone with their own perspective, who can suggest approaches, experiment, and focus on lead generation as a long-term direction.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role — Experience with cold lead generation via LinkedIn and email — Experience in building ICP together with a Sales Manager — Experience in contact sourcing and validation according to ICP — Experience in creating outreach message sequences — Proactive participation in forming hypotheses for outreach campaigns — Written English Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Responsibilities:
— Manage cross-channel campaigns for partnership development in EU markets — Plan campaigns for promoting Keenethics core services — Participate in optimization of lead generation processes
Nice to have:
— Experience with AI tools that optimize workflows — Experience with outreach campaigns related to conference preparation — Understanding of cultural specifics of European and US markets
