We are looking for a Tech Lead Full-Stack Java/React Engineer (!only located in Poland, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Romania or Croatia!) who will contribute to the development and improvement of customer-facing platforms and internal systems. This role combines back-end and front-end development with DevOps responsibilities, as well as mentoring and supporting junior engineers.

Requirements: * Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer * Strong back-end expertise in Java * Strong front-end expertise in React and TypeScript * Hands-on experience with Golang, Node.js, MariaDB, and Elasticsearch * Tech Leading experience * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, and GitHub Actions * Practical use of AI tools in development (e.g. GitHub Copilot) * Strong engineering practices: unit testing, secure development, performance awareness, and quality-driven coding * Good English communication skills * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and deliver
Nice to have: * Experience building customer-facing user interfaces * Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture * Experience with public and/or private cloud environments * Understanding of Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master experience is a plus) * Experience working with Salesforce APIs * Knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 * Interest in experimentation and trying new ideas
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain customer-facing websites and self-service portals * Contribute to both back-end (Java) and front-end (React, TypeScript) development * Work with Golang and Node.js as part of the backend ecosystem * Take ownership of DevOps processes, including containerization and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) * Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions * Ensure high code quality through testing, secure development, and performance optimization * Contribute to system architecture improvements and internal platform development * Act as a Tech Lead by mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior engineers * Use AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to enhance development efficiency * Work within an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to team processes
