We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the transformation of our SaaS platform into an agentic, AI-native product. This role is for someone who deeply understands how autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows are reshaping B2B software in 2026 — and wants to make it happen inside a real product used by thousands.
You will own the vision and execution of embedding agentic AI across the product — from intelligent automation and proactive insights to fully autonomous workflows — working at the intersection of product strategy, applied AI, and user experience. What You’ll Do * Agentic Product Strategy — Define and drive the roadmap for transforming Scaleo into an agentic platform: autonomous AI agents that monitor, decide, and act on behalf of users (e.g., auto-optimizing affiliate offers, flagging fraud, generating reports, recruiting partners). * Multi-Agent Architecture — Collaborate with engineering to design multi-agent systems with clear roles, memory, tool use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints — ensuring reliability, transparency, and trust. * AI-Native UX — Rethink the product interface around agentic paradigms: chat-driven workflows, proactive notifications, agent dashboards, approval flows, and natural language configuration. * Prompt & Model Strategy — Work with the AI/data team on prompt engineering, model selection (LLMs, fine-tuned models, RAG pipelines), evaluation, and continuous improvement of agent quality. * Customer-Driven AI Innovation — Run discovery with customers to identify high-impact agentic use cases, validate prototypes, and iterate based on real-world feedback. * Market Intelligence — Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape: agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.), foundation model capabilities, AI UX patterns, and competitor moves. * Cross-Functional Leadership — Align engineering, data, design, sales, and customer success around the AI-first product vision. * Measure & Optimize — Define success metrics for AI agents (task completion rate, autonomy level, user trust, time saved) and continuously improve agent performance using data.
Qualifications * 4+ years in Product Management on a software product * Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features or products — ideally involving LLMs, agents, copilots, or intelligent automation * Experience with or strong understanding of agentic AI patterns: autonomous task execution, tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent collaboration, human-in-the-loop design * SaaS / B2B product background preferred; iGaming or affiliate marketing experience is a plus
Skills * Deep understanding of modern AI/ML product development: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation, model capabilities and limitations * Ability to translate complex agentic AI concepts into clear product specs, user stories, and UX flows * Strong product discovery and delivery skills (interviews, rapid prototyping, prioritization, validation) * Systems thinking — can design end-to-end agent workflows with fallbacks, guardrails, and escalation paths
Communication * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable explaining AI capabilities and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-Solving * Thinks in systems, automation, and leverage — not isolated features * Analytical, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset * Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
