About your Role In this role, you will join the Operations Department, a structured and outcome-driven group dedicated to scaling internal efficiency and execution speed across the organization. As a Delivery Manager working directly with the Head of Operations, your primary focus will be aligning and operationalizing OKRs across multiple departments. Your biggest challenge will be to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and reduce time to market in a fast-evolving environment, ensuring that cross-functional teams operate as a synchronized system rather than isolated units. Your work will directly impact Weltrade’s ability to execute faster, scale efficiently, and maintain operational clarity as we grow globally.
You Have — Proven track record in delivery management within cross-functional, multi-team environments — Strong experience driving OKRs and translating strategic goals into measurable execution frameworks — Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including workflow configuration, automation setup, and plugin management — Advanced organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize delivery pipelines — Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities across departments to improve execution speed
Good to Have — Experience working within fintech or high-load product environments — Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical implementation experience — Familiarity with performance tracking tools (e.g., Oboard or similar OKR/analytics platforms)
