We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our product within regulated Tier-1 markets. The core mission of this role is to ensure sustainable LTV growth and implement effective retention mechanics while maintaining full regulatory compliance
Who we’re looking for: * 4–7+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the real-money iGaming/online gambling sector. * Proven track record operating in at least 2–3 Tier-1 markets (UK, DACH, CA, Nordics, etc.). * A history of measurable success in uplifting gambling KPIs (Retention, NGR, LTV). * Proficiency in prioritization models (RICE, ICE) and a deep understanding of unit economics. * Confident data handling skills (SQL, or proficiency with BI tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau). * English at C1 / Upper-Intermediate level (fluid professional written and spoken communication)
What you’ll be doing: * Develop and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap with a primary focus on Tier-1 jurisdictions. * Take full ownership of product P&L and drive improvements in core KPIs: NGR, Retention (D1—D90), ARPU, and FTD conversion. * Design and launch on-site personalization, dynamic bonus systems, loyalty programs, and automated CRM triggers. * Execute and analyze A/B tests for deposit funnels and retention mechanics; utilize data insights for informed decision-making. * Work closely with Marketing, BI, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams. * Manage the product backlog, draft detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and lead standard Scrum ceremonies (2-week sprints). * Ensure all features align with regulatory requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen, etc.) from the initial design stage.
