We are looking Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in delivering high-impact campaigns across events, email marketing, and social media. This role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing email communications, and supporting digital brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities Events Support * Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, and company webinars * Manage event logistics (registrations, stand materials, shipping, on-site support coordination) * Liaise with vendors, designers, printers, and event organisers * Prepare marketing collateral (brochures, badges, signage, presentations) * Track event budgets and timelines * Support lead capture and post-event follow-ups * Maintain event calendar and reporting documentation
Email Marketing (Mailchimp) * Build and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp * Segment contact lists and manage database hygiene * Create and format newsletters and announcements * Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) * Generate campaign performance reports * Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices
Social Media Management * Assist to schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and YouTube * Support development of social media content (copywriting, visuals coordination) * Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages * Track analytics and report on performance * Support growth initiatives (follower engagement, hashtag research, content optimisation) * Repurpose blog content into social posts
Requirements * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * 1–2 years of marketing experience (internship acceptable) * Experience using Mailchimp or any similar mailout platfom (essential) * Strong written communication skills * Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * High level of autonomy and ownership
