WE ARE: StartupSoft connects top Ukrainian engineers with world-class startups from Silicon Valley and EU. Our developers work directly on the product as an integral part of the startup team.
PROJECT: A dynamic wellness tech venture offering innovative tools to support proactive health management. Its primary product is a smart scale equipped with cutting-edge BIA technology, delivering precise data on key body metrics such as fat percentage, lean mass, and hydration. By merging advanced engineering with a seamless digital experience, it empowers users to make informed decisions about their health.
STAGE: live.
TEAM: 40 people.
REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a software or technology environment. * Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum teams — sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, dependency tracking. * Experience coordinating across teams of 5–10+ people including developers and technical leads. * Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, maintain project tools, and produce clear status reporting independently. * Strong follow-through: comfortable holding people accountable to commitments and escalating when they are not met. * Clear written and spoken English (B2 or above). * Detail-oriented and structured in how you work. * Comfortable operating in a process-execution role without needing to influence strategic or product decisions. * Reliable: when you own something, it gets done. * Able to navigate team dynamics with directness and emotional intelligence. * Energized by operational clarity, not frustrated by the absence of strategic ambiguity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process & Execution * Maintain daily and weekly status reports across active workstreams. * Track deliverables, deadlines, and blockers across sub-teams, and follow up proactively when things slip. * Keep Jira structured, current, and consistent across teams. * Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, meeting notes, process documentation, and action item trackers. * Identify execution gaps — not product gaps — and escalate appropriately.
Sub-Team Coordination * Serve as an embedded operational contact for assigned sub-teams (typically 1–3 engineers per team). * Facilitate communication between engineers and team leads, ensuring clarity on action items and next steps. * Maintain alignment between sub-team activity and the broader project schedule. * Escalate risks, delays, and communication breakdowns to the Agile Coach or VP of Product.
Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Through * Schedule and prepare agendas for recurring and ad hoc meetings. * Facilitate stand-ups, syncs, and retrospectives as directed. * Document decisions and produce structured action item records after every meeting. * Track ownership and completion of action items through to resolution.
YOU WILL GET: * Competitive financial reward and other social benefits; * Possibility to work with minor supervision and low-bureaucracy; * Flexible schedule and friendly working atmosphere; * Tight-knit team with an inclusive and transparent culture.
