Your Responsibilities: * Build and execute the overall marketing strategy from scratch * Own SEO — content planning, programmatic pages, link building, AI-driven content ops * Drive lead generation through outreach, partnerships, and new channels * Communicate directly with leads and partners — you represent the company’s growth * Generate ideas, run experiments, and kill what doesn’t work
Requirements: * 2-3+ years in marketing, ideally in a startup or agency environment * Proven SEO track record — you’ve grown organic traffic, not just tracked it * Experience communicating with leads or clients — confident, clear, and conversion-focused * Self-driven with a bias for action — you don’t wait to be told what to do * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher * Aligned with startup values: speed, ownership, and no bullshit
