We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand client business processes in depth, identify automation or software opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements for the delivery team.
This role is important for connecting client goals with technical implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to help shape solutions and move projects from discovery to delivery. What you will do * analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for automation or software development; * run discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews; * identify business problems and turn them into clear functional and non-functional requirements; * prepare structured documentation for the engineering team; * define workflows for RPA, AI, and custom software solutions; * work with developers and solution architects to shape technical solutions; * support project planning, prioritization, and scope clarification; * stay involved during delivery to clarify requirements and validate implemented functionality; * identify process inefficiencies and suggest practical automation approaches.
What we expect * 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development; * strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication; * experience writing structured documentation; * experience with process modeling using BPMN and UML; * strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements; * experience working with development teams in Agile / Scrum environments; * solid English communication skills.
Nice to have * experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects; * understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows; * experience in outsourcing or consulting companies; * basic understanding of software architecture.
