♀️ What You Need for This Role:
• 2+ year experience as SDR / Leadgen / Sales Assistant in B2B (ideally IT / digital / SaaS / agencies). • Practical experience with cold outreach (email and/or LinkedIn), understanding of sequences and follow-ups. • Ability to maintain a written conversation with a lead in English: asking clarifying questions and handling common objections at the SDR level. • Ability to work with scripts and adapt wording to the specific lead’s context. • Readiness to work with clear KPIs and activity targets (contacts, leads, meetings, nurturing tasks). • SDR/leadgen experience in software development outsourcing, IT services, or digital agencies. • Experience with sales/marketing automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc.).
What you’ll be working on:
• Outbound prospecting: systematically reaching out to target ICP segments (agency partners, B2B companies in our niches, potential white-label partners) via LinkedIn, email, databases, directories, and events.
• Handling inbound leads and MQLs: responding promptly to incoming inquiries from website, email, social, and marketplaces; clarifying needs, asking the right questions, doing initial qualification, and routing qualified opportunities to the CEO.
• Lead qualification & communication: holding business conversations in English via email, LinkedIn, and chat; understanding the prospect’s context and needs; handling common SDR-level objections (timing, priorities, budget, existing vendors, “send info”) and moving relevant leads toward a booked call.
• Lead nurturing: staying in touch with “not now” or paused leads; re-engaging inactive opportunities with new offers, case studies, and relevant content; keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Call scheduling & coordination: booking intro/discovery calls for the CEO, confirming availability, preparing brief lead context (needs, history, objections), updating CRM and notes, and tracking basic funnel metrics with regular reporting and suggestions for improvement.
Would be a plus
• Understanding of B2B service sales cycles (from discovery to contract). • Experience using AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.) for lead research, list enrichment, and drafting first versions of outreach and nurturing messages. • Experience with researching companies and personas (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
