The Role
We are looking for a disciplined and results-driven Project Manager to take ownership of delivery. This is a role for a professional capable of managing long-term product lifecycles, combining strong analytical skills with rigorous project management methodology. We value deep immersion into a single ecosystem rather than frequent project switching.
Key Requirements: * Stability & Tenure: 1–2+ years of experience within a single company and on the same long-term project/product. We are looking for a professional who has seen a project through its various lifecycle stages and evolution. * Business Analysis (BA) Experience: Proven experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis. You must be able to work directly with stakeholders to define business logic and translate it into clear functional requirements. * AI-Assisted Workflow: Practical experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to optimize project documentation, accelerate requirement analysis, and improve team productivity. * Complex Systems Experience: Prior experience working with complex software products or long-term dedicated teams (Fintech, Insurance, or Banking experience is a plus). * Total Ownership: Accountability for execution, quality standards, and delivery outcomes without the need for constant supervision. * Communication: Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required for effective stakeholder management and transparency. * Technical Literacy: High proficiency in JIRA/Confluence and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities: * End-to-End Delivery: Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring strategic goals and quality standards are met. * Requirements Management: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by analyzing and documenting complex requirements. * Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate effective communication with global stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product roadmaps. * Process Optimization: Proactively identify logic gaps in requirements and delivery challenges, proposing innovative solutions. * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
