We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing processes, scale inbound and outbound channels, and execute performance-driven campaigns for our product. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Business Development and Customer Success teams to grow traffic, leads, and pipeline, while ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Trial Period & Growth
The role includes a 4-month probation period, during which we will define goals and measure performance. Based on successful results, there is an opportunity to transition into a Head of Marketing role with broader strategic ownership.
Responsibilities * Conduct an audit of the current state of the company’s marketing division, department, channels, and strategy; develop and implement an Action Plan to streamline, optimize, and expand the pipeline through Inbound and Outbound channels. * Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Company Marketing Strategy (from A to Z). * Creating, implementing, and achieving the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term marketing vision, omnichannel strategy, and corresponding action plan. * Formulating a unified global positioning strategy for the company and coordinating its local adaptation in collaboration with BizDev, KAM, and other departments. * Comprehensive coordination, management of activities, and supervision of the marketing department, including SEO, SMM, marketing, and external contractors. * Ensuring a balance between short-term results and the long-term value of the company’s brand. * Granting the necessary autonomy to the SEO, SMM, and Marketing teams after establishing processes while maintaining strategic synergy. * Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, COO, CSO, BizDev, and KAM to integrate marketing into the business strategy. * Utilizing data from all marketing functions to make strategic decisions and adapt the strategy in response to market changes. * Demonstrate case studies on scaling the pipeline or expanding the brand into new markets.
Required Qualifications * At least 5 years of successful and results-driven experience in marketing at IT service or product companies, including at least 2 years of experience managing a marketing team. * Practical experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in the North American and Western European markets. * In-depth understanding of modern digital tools and analytics (SEO, Paid, SMM, Affiliate, PR, branding, content marketing). * Proven track record in B2B IT consulting, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead generation (MQL/SQL). * Ability to fluently work with LTV, CAC, and ROMI metrics and conduct in-depth channel audits independently. * Practical experience integrating marketing initiatives with Product, BizDev, and KAM. * English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus * Valid professional certifications (e.g., in ABM, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot). * Experience working with tech startups or high-growth companies (scale-ups).
