We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager who combines deep operational expertise with a strong business mindset and a proven track record of stabilizing complex projects.
One important thing to know upfront: this role starts hands-on. You will enter projects as a working PM — personally building structure, establishing processes, and setting communication rhythms from the inside — before transitioning into a broader Delivery Manager function.
What You’ll Be Doing * Hands-on PM at the Start. You enter projects as an active PM: running discovery, building project structure, establishing communication cadence, and quality standards from within the team. * Portfolio Management. Managing 3–5 healthcare projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution from Discovery to global launch. * Business & Financial Ownership. Owning key business metrics (GPM, Revenue, CSAT); actively managing resource allocation and scope to protect project profitability. * Governance & System Building. Building and maintaining a rigorous project governance framework — reporting, risk logs, communication plans — ensuring transparency for both the team and U.S. stakeholders. * Client Partnership. Acting as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based clients: understanding their business KPIs and ensuring delivery aligns with their long-term ROI. * Scope & Change Management. Proactively managing scope creep and leading the Change Request process to balance client satisfaction with project health. * Pre-sales & Account Growth. Leading Discovery phases for new clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts through proactive gap analysis. * Team Engineering & Staffing. Forecasting resource needs, collaborating with HR to open roles, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. * Mentorship. Developing project teams and upholding the company’s delivery standards.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have * 5+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/service companies, managing complex B2B software delivery. * Hands-on PM background: you are comfortable and willing to work directly inside a project — not just overseeing from above. * Crisis Management & Stabilization: proven cases of turning “red” projects (missed deadlines, budget overruns, broken client trust) back to “green.” * Financial Literacy: you understand how a service business makes money, what GPM is, how to track it, and how to protect it. * Systemic Mindset: “process beats heroics” is not just a phrase for you. You build scalable workflows that don’t rely on manual micromanagement. * Healthcare Context: familiarity with HIPAA, EHR/EMR integrations, or the U.S. healthcare landscape is a significant advantage. * Negotiation Skills: ability to handle tough conversations about budgets, deadlines, and scope without damaging client relationships. * Analytical Reporting: experience building data-driven status reports that reflect true project health (budget burn, velocity, risks). * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident negotiation level.
Nice to Have * PMI, PMP, or similar project management certifications. * Experience with EHR/EMR integrations, HL7/FHIR, or HIPAA-compliant products. * Experience managing AI/ML project lifecycles and understanding their specific delivery challenges.
