We already have a solid track record in healthcare software delivery, strong case studies, long-term clients, and deep product and engineering expertise. Riseapps has practicing physicians in-house who help build software solutions for our clients.
Now we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can help us grow the next layer of pipeline through proactive outbound efforts across key healthcare segments.

What We Expect From You: * 3+ years of experience in BDR or outbound sales roles * Proven experience with cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and conferences * Leveraging conference events (we attend around 10 healthcare conferences annually) as a source of leads, using the attendee lists and databases to generate qualified leads * Experience in generating meetings and pipeline, not just sending messages * Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken * Ability to understand service-based offerings and explain business value clearly * Confidence in initiating conversations with decision-makers * Strong ownership mindset: you do not wait to be told every next step * High energy, persistence, and enthusiasm for outbound work * Ability to research accounts, think critically, and personalize outreach * Structured approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates * Understanding of outbound communication for the U.S. market and ability to adapt messaging to different buyer types
Nice to Have * Experience in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or software development services * Experience targeting the U.S. market * Additional experience with Germany or the UK markets * Familiarity with ICP-based outbound and account-based outreach * Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Heyreach, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar * Experience using case studies and proof points in outbound messaging * Understanding of how custom software, AI, integrations, or healthcare platforms are sold
