We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction across diverse and dynamic projects.
Responsibilities:
Presales Support: * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to assess client needs and define project objectives during presales. * Participate in creating detailed proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. * Provide input for effort estimation, timelines, and resource planning during the presales phase.
Discovery Phase Management: * Lead discovery workshops to gather and document client requirements, business objectives, and pain points. * Define the project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. * Coordinate with business analysts, technical teams, and designers to ensure accurate requirement translation into actionable plans.
Project Planning & Execution: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets. * Allocate resources and establish clear team roles and responsibilities. * Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with defined scope, quality, and deadlines.
Client & Stakeholder Management: * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and met. * Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment. * Provide regular progress updates, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Estimation & Budgeting: * Lead and oversee the estimation process, collaborating with technical teams to produce accurate effort and cost estimates. * Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to avoid overruns.
Risk Management: * Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. * Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges during the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement & Handover: * Contribute to refining internal processes related to presales, estimation, and discovery phases. * Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operational teams or post-launch support.
Requirements:
Experience: * 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager * Presales Support: Proven experience collaborating with sales and technical teams during the presales phase, including preparing proposals and client presentations. * Estimation Process: Strong expertise in project estimation, resource planning, and creating accurate budget forecasts based on client requirements. * Discovery Phases: Hands-on experience in managing discovery phases, including stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and scope definition.
Project Management Expertise: * Track record of successfully managing IT projects through their lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
Communication Skills: * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment.
Tools & Methodologies: * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and documentation practices. * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to bridge business and technical needs effectively.
Will be a plus: * PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
