We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Technical Sales/ Engagement Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping customer solutions within the telecom domain.
This is a highly impactful position combining technology, business strategy, and client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex solutions into clear value propositions and driving deals end-to-end. About the Role In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with technical teams, Key Account Managers, and marketing to design compelling solutions for customers.
You will be responsible for crafting tailored proposals, leading presales activities, and driving RFP processes from idea to delivery. Key Responsibilities * Develop value propositions (both generic and customer-specific) * Create high-quality presentations / slide decks for client pitches * Lead and drive RFP processes (scope definition, offering design, budgeting) * Build business cases and support decision-making on the client side * Collaborate with technical teams, KAMs, and marketing to shape solutions * Present and pitch solutions to stakeholders and clients * Contribute to solution design with a strong understanding of business needs * (Nice to have) Participate in Business Analysis activities
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Presales / Technical Sales / Engagement Management * Experience in telecom domain * Strong background in client-facing roles and solution selling * Proven experience with RFPs, proposals, and pitching * Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical and creative thinking skills (especially in building business cases and cost estimations) * English level: C1 (advanced)
