Responsibilities: — Support and improve QA, TLC, and SDLC processes, taking responsibility for the growth and productivity of QA team members — Continuously develop and expand the QA team’s expertise and capabilities — Organize and maintain test documentation — Be responsible for communication with the product and developer team — Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the product meets business expectations
Key Requirements: — 3+ years of testing experience in a Lead QA position and 4+ years of QA experience before the Lead position — Deep knowledge of testing theory, understanding of web technologies — Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously — Strong problem-solving, people management, and negotiation skills — Proactive mindset — Attentive to the details — Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON) — Ability to work with databases (SQL) — Rich experience working with log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana) — Rich experience testing REST APIs (e.g., Swagger, Postman) — Advanced user of Chrome DevTools and equivalent browser tools to reproduce complex issues, collect and analyze diagnostic artifacts (console, network, HAR), and perform accurate root cause analysis — Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies
Will be a plus: — Automation experience (we are using Playwright\TypeScript) — Experience in the iGaming/Betting domain — Jira advanced user — AI(LLM) enthusiast — GLI certification experience
