We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer to build and own our marketing data platform, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing and revenue channels. You collect data and perform a data modeling in BigQuery and from dashboarding in Looker Studio. Your work will enable the team to clearly understand what drives pipeline and revenue, and make data-driven decisions with confidence. This role combines technical analytics, marketing systems, and data modeling in BigQuery (GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn, ad platforms), and establishes scalable processes for tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Key Responsibilities * Own end-to-end marketing tracking and attribution using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event setup, conversions, cross-domain tracking, QA, and debugging. * Design and maintain accurate attribution across marketing channels (Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, web platform). * Build and maintain a centralized marketing data warehouse in BigQuery, integrating data from GA4, HubSpot, and other sources. * Develop and maintain SQL-based data models to represent user journeys, funnel stages, and campaign performance. * Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, including lifecycle stages, properties, and pipelines to support reliable funnel reporting. * Build and maintain end-to-end funnel reporting. * Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and trusted by stakeholders. * Identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems (GA4, HubSpot, ad platforms), ensuring consistency and reliability. * Support marketing campaign execution with proper tracking, segmentation, and performance monitoring. * Create and maintain tracking documentation, including event maps, UTM rules, and dashboard definitions. * Establish QA processes and launch checklists to ensure all campaigns are properly tracked and reported. * Deliver insights and recommendations on marketing performance, highlighting opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, RevOps, or MarTech, Data engineering roles. * Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking and debugging. * Experience working with BigQuery (or similar data warehouse) and writing SQL for data modeling and analysis. * Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools. * Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including lifecycle stages, segmentation, and reporting. * Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics (CPA, CAC, conversion rates). * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and systems-oriented mindset. * Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
