Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 400+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the product organization and drive the next stage of platform and business growth.
Key responsibilities and your contribution: * Own the product strategy and vision for the platform, aligning it with business goals, market expansion, and revenue targets * Take full ownership of product P&L, including key metrics such as GGR, LTV, retention, and conversion across multiple brands * Lead and scale a team of Product Managers, setting standards for product thinking, ownership, and delivery * Drive multi-brand product development, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficiency across different GEOs and markets * Define and execute growth and retention strategy (CRM, bonuses, segmentation, lifecycle mechanics) in close collaboration with marketing and analytics * Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, experimentation, and optimization * Build and optimize a data-driven product culture, leveraging BI tools, A/B testing, and user behavior analytics * Partner with Tech, BI, and Operations to ensure high-load platform stability, scalability, and performance * Lead integration strategy for 3rd party providers (payments, games, KYC, anti-fraud, etc.) and internal services * Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across different markets (Tier-1/2/3) * Act as a key stakeholder for C-level, translating product initiatives into business impact and measurable outcomes * Identify and remove bottlenecks in product processes, increasing delivery speed and team efficiency
Your qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in Product Management specifically within iGaming (B2C or B2B platform) * 2+ years in a leadership role (Head / Lead Product Manager) * Proven track record of scaling products and teams in high-growth environments * Experience owning or directly influencing product metrics and revenue (P&L responsibility is a strong advantage) * Strong data-driven mindset: ability to work with product analytics, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and experimentation frameworks * Experience working with high-load systems and complex product ecosystems (multi-brand, multi-market) * Deep understanding of CRM, retention, bonus systems, and player behavior in iGaming * Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level and business owners * Ability to make strategic decisions under uncertainty and communicate trade-offs clearly * Experience building and mentoring product teams * Experience launching products in new GEOs
