About the role: We’re looking for a specialist to build and scale a community around our product and brand, own our online events program, and drive co-marketing partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of event marketing, community management, and partner marketing — so you’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on.

Community Management * Grow and moderate a professional community (Telegram, LinkedIn, Slack, or a dedicated platform) * Drive engagement through community activities: Q&A sessions, expert discussions, networking * Identify and work with brand ambassadors and niche thought leaders * Monitor community sentiment and gather ongoing audience feedback
Partnerships & Co-Marketing * Source and develop partnerships for joint activities: co-hosted webinars, guest content, audience co-promotion * Lead negotiations with partners and align on terms for joint campaigns * Coordinate co-marketing execution: briefings, timelines, assets, and placements * Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership collaborations
Requirements
Must-have: * 3–4 years of experience in event marketing, community management, or related fields — preferably in B2B * Proven track record of independently running online events with 100+ attendees * Solid understanding of the B2B funnel and how events and community contribute to lead generation and retention * Data-driven mindset: able to build reports, draw conclusions, and propose improvements * Strong communication skills — comfortable working with partners, speakers, and community members * Excellent English; * Experience with event and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools * Basic analytics skills (GA4, Amplitude, or similar) * Experience managing professional communities on LinkedIn
Nice to have: Understanding of content marketing and SEO principles
Key Traits * Proactive — spots opportunities and brings ideas without waiting to be asked * Organized — manages multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball * Relationship-oriented — treats community members and partners as long-term relationships, not one-off contacts * Persuasive — able to negotiate and build trust with external stakeholders
