About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing DTC supplement brand spending six-figures daily on paid media and scaling aggressively. We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid social — someone who can own our paid media operation end-to-end, manage significant ad spend across Meta and emerging platforms, and help build the systems and team that take us to the next level.
This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be making real decisions that directly impact revenue, leading junior buyers, and working closely with our creative team to turn concepts into rocket campaigns.
What You’ll Own:
Media Buying & Performance — Manage and optimize 6-figure+ monthly ad spend, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Launch, test, and scale campaigns across Snapchat and TikTok as we expand our platform presence — Own key performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and LTV — Identify what’s winning, kill what’s not, and scale winning structures fast — Test and iterate on campaign structures — including budget types, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel stages
Scaling & Strategy — Build and test new campaign structures (CBO, ABO, broad vs. interest, retargeting, etc.) — Develop platform expansion playbooks for Snapchat and TikTok from early testing through scale — Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry shifts — Translate performance data into clear strategy adjustments
Team Leadership — Manage and mentor junior media buyers — reviewing their work, providing feedback, and developing their skills — Set performance standards, SOPs, and testing frameworks for the team — Escalate issues and surface opportunities to leadership proactively
Creative Collaboration — Work directly with the creative team to communicate what the data is showing — what hooks are working, what angles are converting, what needs to be tested next — Provide clear, actionable creative briefs based on performance insights — Bridge the gap between creative output and paid media execution

Qualifications — 1+ year of hands-on paid social experience with a strong, proven Meta track record — You’ve personally managed $1M+/month in ad spend — not assisted, not supported — you owned it — Deep understanding of Meta’s ad ecosystem — Ads Manager, pixel setup, attribution windows, and the algorithm — Proven experience with direct response brands — supplements, health & wellness, or similarly aggressive DTC verticals where creative angles, compliance awareness, and funnel performance are everything — Comfortable with TikTok Ads Manager and/or Snapchat Ads — or genuinely eager to own these platforms and build the playbook from the ground up — Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings alone — Experience running or scaling info products, DR supplement, or high-volume DTC brands is a strong plus
Compensation:
— Base Salary: We pay competitively — and we mean it. Base salary for this role can reach 5 figures monthly easily depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. If you’re currently paid somewhere else, we will outcompete your current offer. — Performance Bonuses: Tied directly to CAC, revenue milestones, and platform KPIs. The better the brand performs, the bigger your bonus. — Revenue Share: As the brand scales, senior team members participate in the upside. More revenue = more for you. This isn’t capped — we scale together.
