As a key part of our ecosystem, we are scaling MilX—the specialized financial infrastructure built to power the creator economy. The Project: MilX The creator economy is a multi-billion-dollar industry still running on outdated financial plumbing. MilX is the solution. With proven Product-Market Fit and a strong global partner base, we operate across two high-impact verticals: * MilX Banking: Elite fintech infrastructure tailored for high-revenue creators. * MilX for Business: The definitive CRM & ERP ecosystem built specifically for creator-led companies and agencies.
The Challenge We are moving from “early traction” to systematic scaling. We aren’t looking for someone to just manage a funnel; we need a Revenue Architect to build our “Revenue Operating System.” Your mission is to take our existing momentum and turn it into a predictable, high-output engine. Your Responsibilities: * GTM Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets (US, LATAM, EU). * The B2B Sales Engine (Primary Focus): * Identify and close high-value partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and creator networks. * Implement robust Outbound/ABM systems (LinkedIn, direct, strategic partnerships). * Structure the sales process from lead gen to “closed-won” to account management. * The B2C Creator Growth: * Scale the acquisition of monetized creators globally through paid (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic loops. * Build influencer and ambassador programs that turn our users into our biggest advocates. * Brand & Positioning: Ensure MilX is the most trusted name in creator fintech, owning messaging that resonates with both 19-year-old YouTubers and corporate agency CEOs. * Team & Execution: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing squad. You own the budget, the KPIs, and the ROI.
Requirements: * English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) is a must for global communication. * 7+ years of leadership in Growth/Sales (Fintech, SaaS, or Creator Economy preferred). * Proven “0 to 1” experience: You have built a revenue system from scratch, not just managed an existing one. * Unit economics mastery: Deep expertise in LTV/CAC, payback periods, and data tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer). * Global operator: Proven success in scaling international markets (specifically the Americas and Europe). * Fintech literacy: Understanding of payment flows, fees, and cross-border financial pain points. * The “Founder” mentality: You prefer a bias toward action and take full ownership of the P&L. * The Hybrid Leader: Experience in both high-velocity B2C growth and high-touch B2B enterprise sales. * Bi-Lingual (Strategy & Execution): Ability to design a 12-month strategy and personally close high-stakes deals or write ad copy.
