We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and stability of our fintech product.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, product, and support teams to validate functionality across web services and integrations, investigate user issues, and help improve the overall experience. This role involves hands-on web and API testing focused on integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, data synchronization, and live chat/chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities * Engage in testing activities from early development stages through to release, ensuring quality, functionality, and smooth deployment * Perform manual testing of web applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrations (ChatGPT chatbot), and admin panel functionality (including permissions and feature changes) * Conduct API testing and validation using Postman * Analyze technical documentation to understand requirements, specifications, and expected system behavior * Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, including participation in quarterly on-call rotations * Participate in planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming meetings to align scope, priorities, and timelines * Write and maintain test documentation (test cases and other QA artifacts)
Requirements * At least 2 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer * Strong understanding of client-server architecture and web application workflows * Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum) * Experience in web, API (Postman), regression, smoke testing * Good knowledge of browser DevTools for troubleshooting * Practical experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) * Experience in log analysis (e.g., Graylog) * Good knowledge of version control systems (Git) * Experience in writing test documentation * Hands-on experience with test management systems (e.g., TestRail) and with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) * Intermediate level of English proficiency
Will be a plus * Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Experience in writing automated tests (Typescript, JavaScript, Playwright) * Experience working on product teams, especially in fintech
