We are looking for a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer (Solutions Architect) to join an international company team to lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of complex contact centre ecosystems. You will guide enterprise clients through sophisticated transformations, moving from legacy infrastructure to modern, AI-driven AWS environments.
Your qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in technical implementation or consulting roles * Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code using CDK or Terraform * AWS Certified Amazon Connect Communications Specialist * AWS Certified Amazon Connect Developer Specialist with strong hands-on coding skills (Python/Node.js) * At least one AWS Associate level certification
Nice to have: * Implementation of CI/CD pipelines for contact center solutions experience * Expertise in integration patterns with external systems and custom development * Knowledge of security architecture and performance optimization for scaling
Your tasks: * Lead technical design and architecture for high-scale Amazon Connect implementations. * Develop sophisticated contact flow solutions including 3rd party integrations, custom SSO, and complex logic. * Design and implement advanced Amazon Q and conversational AI strategies. * Create optimized solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling. * Lead conversational design strategy and hands-on implementation. * Utilize Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, Cases, and Step-by-Step Guides. * Guide customers through migration strategies from legacy contact center platforms. * Lead client-facing technical workshops and advanced training for IT stakeholders (Architects, Network Engineers). * Provide technical artifacts, such as detailed architecture designs and documentation. * Serve as the primary escalation point for the most complex technical challenges.
