Role We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our user acquisition efforts across Tier-1 markets (U.S., UK, Canada, Australia). This person will own strategy and execution for scaling performance marketing through collaboration with product, creative, analytics, and MarTech teams.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing large budgets, a cross-functional team, and pushing the boundaries of creative testing and funnel optimization. Responsibilities * Own the entire performance marketing strategy: planning, execution, testing, and scaling * Manage budgets of $1M—1.5M+ per month, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation velocity * Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team: UA managers, creative designers, producers, influencer marketers * Partner with product, MarTech, and analytics teams to improve attribution and conversion tracking * Drive aggressive growth while maintaining cost efficiency * Optimize campaign structures, targeting strategies, creatives, and audiences * Ensure world-class reporting and performance analysis across all paid channels * Continuously improve creative testing systems and production pipelines * Stay on top of ad tech, privacy regulations (GDPR, ATT), and competitive trends
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on campaign management * At least 2 years of team management experience at Lead or Head level, including experience of managing cross-functional teams * Proven experience with large budgets ($500K—1.5M/month) and scaling paid UA channels * Deep knowledge of ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads * Solid grasp of attribution models, incrementality, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) * Analytical mindset with strong skills in GA4, Firebase, GTM, Tableau, Excel * Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and engineering teams * Strong business acumen and goal-oriented approach — you care about outcomes, not just processes * Excellent communication skills and fluent English (required for working with Meta/Google reps, partners)
