Requirements: * 5+ years of commercial experience in web development * Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails * Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus) * Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles * Upper-Intermediate English or higher * Ability to work full-time during US business hours
Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend) * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers * Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience * Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code * Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices * Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging
